From Ideas to Action: Discover the FYI policy recommendations and join our community

The conversations started during the FYI Foresight Workshops don't end here. These discussions have now been transformed into practical recommendations, and the conversation continues through the FYI Discord Community.

Turning Youth Ideas into Policy.

Every workshop contributed valuable insights about the future young people want to build.

Across all participating countries, participants highlighted common priorities, including:

• Future-ready education 

• Responsible use of technology and AI 

• Mental well-being 

• Sustainability 

• Greater youth participation in decision-making 

• Stronger and more inclusive communities 

These shared priorities became the basis of the FYI Policy Recommendations, a document designed to support policymakers, educators, and youth organisations in creating more future-oriented youth policies. The recommendations reflect the voices of young people and encourage decision-makers to include them more actively in shaping the future. 

Good ideas grow when people keep sharing them.

That's why the FYI project created the Discord Community, a space where young people and youth workers can continue discussing future challenges, exchange ideas, and connect with others who are interested in futures thinking.

Whether you want to explore new trends, discuss technology, sustainability, education, or simply meet like-minded people from across Europe, the community is open to everyone interested in shaping a better future.
